Welcome to FDIM
Four Days In May (FDIM) is the annual gathering of the QRP Amateur Radio Club International, bringing together low-power radio enthusiasts, builders, kit designers, authors, and experimenters from around the world.
Held just before and during the Dayton Hamvention weekend, FDIM offers a unique opportunity to combine the largest amateur radio event in the United States with several days of QRP-focused presentations, demonstrations, and community activities.
Throughout the weekend, you will meet QRP Quarterly writers, designers of popular QRP equipment, kit manufacturers, and fellow operators you’ve worked on the air.
Expect technical presentations, new kit introductions, homebrew project displays, and plenty of opportunities to share ideas and enjoy the fellowship of the QRP community.
Registered attendees will receive a link to reserve rooms in the FDIM discount hotel block at the DoubleTree Hotel.

FDIM Buildathon
Hosted by Rex Harper, W1REX
Join fellow builders for a hands-on kit building session.

Hans Summers presents a technical talk (topic to be announced).

Representatives from QRP clubs will be available to discuss their activities and opportunities for involvement.

FDIM Annual Awards Banquet
Join us for an evening celebrating the achievements and contributions of the QRP community as we present the annual FDIM awards.

Many attendees conclude the weekend by visiting the Dayton / Xenia Hamvention before departing.
