QRP ARCI Store Guidelines
Using QRPARCIStore.com for FDIM 2026
For FDIM 2026, the QRP ARCI Store (QRPARCIStore.com) is the preferred and primary method for:
- Reserving your spot at the FDIM conference
- Registering for the FDIM banquet
- Receiving the QRP ARCI hotel group rate code
Using the Store ensures accurate registration, reduces manual processing, and helps our volunteer organizers provide the best possible experience for attendees.
Important Notes Before You Begin
- You may make purchases as a Guest without creating an account.
- We strongly recommend creating a “My Account” profile:
- Saves your contact and badge information
- Speeds up checkout
- Reduces follow-up work for FDIM organizers
- Completing your account information up front saves significant volunteer time and helps ensure accuracy for badges, registrations, and hotel block reservation code distribution.
Steps to Success: Using the QRP ARCI Store for FDIM 2026
Step 1: Create a “My Account” (Recommended)
- Visit QRPARCIStore.com
- Click “My Account” in the upper-right corner
- Under the Log In button, click “Not a member? Register”
- Click “Register”
- Enter your email address and click Register
Email Confirmation
- You will receive an email with temporary password/reset information
- Check your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t see it
- Please whitelist info@QRPARCIStore.com to avoid missing important messages
Step 2: Enter Your Address and Badge Information
Once logged in:
- Click the “Address” button on the left side of the My Account page
- Enter the following information:
- Mailing address
- Callsign
- QRP ARCI membership number (or enter “NEW” if applicable)
- FDIM badge name (first name or nickname)
- QTH (where you live)
- FDIM-related fields are optional unless you are registering for FDIM
- Click “Save Address”
Confirmation:
You will see a message stating “Address changed successfully” and your updated information will appear on the My Account page.
Making Your Purchases
After completing your account information, choose from the following Store sections:
- Membership and QRP Quarterly Subscription
- FDIM
- Donate
- Shop at QRP ARCI Store (full catalog)
Each section includes a brief explanation and links to specific items.
Adding Items to Your Cart
- Select items and click Add to Cart
- Access your cart via the on-page link or the cart icon at the top of the site
- Review your selections before continuing
Click “Proceed to Checkout” when ready.
Checkout Process
On the Checkout page, you will see:
- Express Checkout (WooPay / Google Pay – optional)
- Order Summary (review carefully)
Contact & Address Information
- Registered users will see pre-filled contact and address fields
- Guests will be prompted to enter required information
Note: Item pricing currently includes shipping to your QTH.
Payment Details
- Enter your credit card number, expiration date, and security code
- Major credit cards are accepted (as shown on the site)
Optional features:
- 1-click checkout: Check “Save my Info” and enter your phone number
- Order notes: Use “Add a note to your order” to provide special instructions or additional information
Finalizing Your Order
- Click the blue “Place Order” button
- You will receive:
- An on-screen confirmation
- A confirmation email acknowledging your purchase
